Furthermore, if it is software-related we will contact X-Cart on your behalf and again if problem is considered a software bug etc, you won't be charged for the time taken for us to communication with X-Cart, and will be offered all options to fix your problem including applying patches to fix the bug yourself (free), or having us or X-Cart fix it for you (fee applies).
