Having a website converted to a fully fledged whiz bang, bells and whistles ecommerce online presence is a difficult task at the best of times. When the brief involves having a meticulously crafted website converted to an ecommerce shopping cart with all the original design elements left intact – we’re talking pixel perfectly intact here – then the task becomes a very complex one indeed.

As a web designer I knew there was no room for error when it came to taking exotix.com.au from a gorgeous static site to seriously gorgeous shopping cart site. Apart from remaining painstakingly true to the original design, our online store had to work perfectly right out of the box. This is where Just X-Cart became an invaluable member of my team. After discussing the project at length with design guru Emma, I felt confident enough to bring her and Nat, who is the Head of Technical, Data & Training at Just X-Cart, on board.
