Restoration of database from R1Soft: Overwrites existing database in full from backup up to a month old
Restoration of files from R1Soft: Overwrites existing database in full from backup up to a month old
Reinstatement of full site copy from backup to sub-directory: Archives searched, closest date match to required timeframe retrieved, entire site re-established to full working order (includes creation of separate database so as to avoid overwriting live data)
Provision of full site copy for download: Most recent copy of all site files and database/s copied to hosting account in zipped format

Troubleshooting

Email send/receive issues: Assistance and testing associated with the inability to send/receive email
Browser issues: Investigation of webpage load and display issues
* if software-related bug, free patches for issue will be provided

Domain-related

Domain propagation: Redelegation of domain from existing to new host, including doing checks
DNS/MX record changes: Amending default domain-related records as requested

* Services charged at $110.00 per hour, in 15 minute increments past first half hour.
