We are aware of the inability to access the servers in our Brisbane datacentre, despite the servers being up and active. We are currently investigating to determine the cause for this access problem. We will update you as soon as we know more. We apologise for any inconvenience caused however issues external to the datacentre are beyond our control to directly rectify.
