Every business is different. As such, each cart and its specific requirements are also different. X-Launch Standard gives every store owner all the basics, but sometimes you need additional assistance, including:

Product options eg sizes, colours
Multiple pricing levels (membership-dependant, wholesale)
Detailed/enlarged product images
Upselling links
Subscriptions services
Additional information pages outside default pages built into X-Cart
Modifications to the default email notifications
Configuring add-on modules such as X-SpecialOffers, X-Affiliate, X-FeatureComparison, or X-Configurator, just to name a few.

When we set up you cart initially, we can also undertaken additional work that falls outside the standard tasks covered by X-Launch Standard. Based on your requirements we can estimate the cost of the additional work required, and then keep a timesheet of the worked undertaken. This service is specifically designed to have the tasks undertaken at the same time that you initially have your cart setup.

Alternately, you can undertake X-Cart Training to learn the tasks that still need attention, and you can then undertake the work yourself or have a member of staff complete it.
