This service is a premium support service that is focused on the efficient response to questions and problems regardless of the time of day or night, whether it be a business day or the weekend.
Here are just some instances when our Rapid Response team can assist you:
 
X-Cart Software-specific


  1. something gone wrong with your cart whilst you were updating products, adding information etc
  2. you made a small modification to your X-Cart code and now there are errors everywhere
  3. you just are not sure on how to accomplish a specific task in the X-Cart admin area
  4. we have marketing scheduled in for a specific date and must have specific changes done to the website by this time

Technical Issues

  1. you are unable to access your website, and yet email is still working

Furthermore, if it is software-related we will contact X-Cart on your behalf and again if problem is considered a software bug etc, you won't be charged for the time taken for us to communication with X-Cart, and will be offered all options to fix your problem including applying patches to fix the bug yourself (free), or having us or X-Cart fix it for you (fee applies).
