How to acquire internet headers from an email
Sometimes on order to assist identify email issues, you may be asked to provide email ‘internet headers’. Here is the process you need to follow in order to supply such information:
Outlook 2003
Option 1
(1) In your email list (folder view), right-click on the actual email in question.
(2) Go down and select Options.
(3) When the box pops up, go to the ‘Internet Headers’ section
(4) copy-n-paste contents of this box into an email or Word doc for forwarding as required.

Or
Option 2
(1) Open the email message.
(2) choose View >> Options.
(3) When the box pops up, go to the ‘Internet Headers’ section
(4) copy-n-paste contents of this box into an email or Word doc for forwarding as required.
For previous version of Outlook (2002, 2000, 98), the above options will work.
With the exception of Outlook 2003, Outlook displays only the headers, not the full message source.
