Network Issues resulting from Brisbane floods
There appears to be issues in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast on a few different providers. We have spoken to our network guys and have checked with NextGen and Vocus and it appeas the issues are above these providers as well.
We do know AAPT is having major issues from flooding for example – much of their Queensland network got knocked out.
We can assure you however that the servers are up and running but its an inability for some people to reach them that is the problem. This is an issue external to the datacentre and outside our area of control unfortunately.
We’d really appreciate any traceroutes from anyone experiencing issues so as to help identify the cause of the issue and pass the info along to the relevant providers. Please forward traceroute results to support@justxcart.com.au.
